LEVEL 1
FOOTSKILLS
LEVEL1 is based purely on the fundamentals of Footskill and ball manipulation. This being the earliest, most important development feature for a soccer player, it's imperative to learn to be agile with the ball as well as strengthen the balance and coordination of players. Soccer7 also implements rhythmic movement on the ball which helps the fluidity and comfort of a players control with a ball at their feet.
The sessions in LEVEL 1 are aimed to get between 1,000-3,000 touches on the ball (depending on current skill level) with a strong effort for repetition to ingrain the mechanics of successful soccer skills. The exercises could be used to start sessions or as a warm up but should never be ignored at any level.
